No Separate Healthcare for Decision-Makers

Our position: those who govern and represent the public — every MP and MLA, ministers, Group A and Group B officials with delegated administrative or command authority, and senior armed forces leadership — should use government hospitals for their own routine and planned care, starting with ourselves; and every person in India should receive emergency treatment immediately, with no paperwork, no approvals and no referrals standing between a patient and a doctor.

Reservation for the Neediest: A Creamy Layer for SC and ST Quotas

Our position: extend the income- and status-based "creamy layer" exclusion that already applies to OBC reservation to SC and ST reservation too, so that quota seats in education and public employment go first to families that have not yet escaped poverty — while every SC/ST citizen keeps full, unchanged constitutional protection against discrimination.
